I’m Madeline Phillips, Founder of Mae’D

I help small businesses build the structure and strategy they need to grow with confidence and ease.


Based in Chicago, I bring a background in marketing, talent acquisition, and operations to every project. I hold a Master's in Human Resources and Talent Development from EAE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

That mix of people, strategy, and creative thinking is exactly what Mae'd is built on — turning ideas into momentum and bringing clarity to every project.
